How to import a report on Learning environments?

Custom reports are developed in non-productive instances with Plateau Report Designer (PRD) and need to be exported and imported to be used in other instances.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > Reports > Click "Import" >
2. Browse for your custom report already in zip format > Click "Select" >

3. Click "Rename" in case you don't want to overwrite a previously existing report or if you just need to change the report name > Select the target users and click "Import" >

PS. Once the "Target Users" is selected and the report is imported, it's not possible to change it.

4. Make sure to mark the "Publish" checkbox in order to have your report active > Check all the information is correct > Click "Save" and then "Close" >

5. You will see your report on the category selected > Tip: You may want to search for the name of the report or the commensts/description to find it if you have many reports).

• Note: Remember! If you have customized roles that need to run this report, you will need to add the corresponding permission. This is named after "Run + [your custom report name] + Report" (e.g: Run 'My Custom Report' Report):

1. Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management >
2. Find your custom role > Click to edit it >
3. Go to Permissions tab > Click the link to add one or more from list >
4. Find your permission and select it to add.
