•  You have gray metrics in Technical Monitoring or System Monitoring and in the Agent logs the following error occurs:

DPC Web Service call FAILED for metric provider 'MAI_METRIC_PUSH_JOB' with status 99, message: Missing Consumer:  Metric(s) have been rejected, mechanism type: null

• In SAP Solution Manager 7.2, all the systems have an Unknown status in System Monitoring and the alerting is stopped
• Extractors are failing with: ContextID: <> MetricID: <> has no associated Consumers
