When there is a ReadOnly_IFrame object (request details in read-only view; usually bordered/outlined in black) on the screen, the Rule Trace is listing rules only from the flowlet that is used to populate the ReadOnly_IFrame section. I would expect that rules from the readOnly_IFrame as well as rules from the main flowlet are listed.
