What rating scale is used by the SOC (Succession Org. Chart) to display ratings?

It depends on what process the Succession Org. Chart is using as the rating source. You can verify the process that the Succession Org. Chart is using as the rating source by going to “Admin Center” > “Succession” > “Succession Settings”.

• If “All data sources” is being used:

The Succession Org. Chart will use the rating scale defined for the Matrix Grid Report for each rating type. You can verify how this rating scale is configured by going to “Admin Center” > “Succession” > “Matrix Grid Rating Scales” > select the rating type in the dropdown > “Edit”.

• If other process is being used:

The Succession Org. Chart will use the rating scale defined for the process. You can verify what rating scale is defined for the process by going to “Admin Center” > “Reporting” > “Processes and Forms” > select the process that is being used for the SOC > expand “Rating Scale Settings” > verify what rating scale is selected.
