2236996 - Changes of JAVA heap memory size can't be saved in props.ini for SAP Mobile Platform 3.0

Symptom

When changing the JAVA heap memroy size by editing the parameters in props.ini file, the changes are not saved after SMP server is restarted.
For example, change the "-Xmx2048M" to  "-Xmx4096M". After restart the server reverted back to "-Xmx2048M".
