You are using ChaRM and get the following error releasing a ToC (Transport of Copies):

An invalid system status was reached in the Change and Transport Organizer.

System Response

The internal check using an assertion was ignored due to the setting of exception object CTS_REQ. Instead, exception CX_CTS_INTERNAL_ERROR was generated.

Procedure

Set the exception object to at least log, repeat the triggering action, and send the log to your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

A situation of this type is usually due to an incorrect call. The assertion log shows details of the error. You can obtain a stack trace by setting the exception object to Abort.
