2237610 - Duplicate keys during MAIN_SHDIMP/PARMVNT_SHD

During the "Preprocessing" in MAIN_SHDIMP/PARMVNT_SHD, the index creation fails with te following error:

Retcode 1: SQL-error "1505-The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicated key was found for the object name '<sid>.<tablename>~' and the index name '<indexname>'. The duplicate key value is (...)." in DDL statement for "<tablename>" error in DDL, nametab for "<tablename>" not activated.
