2237638 - Menu not accessible when viewing payslip information in successfactors instance using Internet Explorer

This KBA explains the issue faced while viewing the payslip information in Successfactors.

SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Please use IE-10 to reproduce the issue

1.Logon to sucessfactors instance
2.Goto Employee information
3.Click on Pay Details to view payslip
4.Click on menu item ‘Payroll information’ or ‘Cameron Day’
5.Menu is hidden from view behind the payslip

This is a known issue of the Adobe PDF Reader add-on for Internet Explorer

This Adobe PDF plugin bug exists in IE.

Currently, we would like to suggest:

• use other browsers, e.g., Firefox, Chrome.
• try other PDF plugin for IE.
