2237643 - Force Incomplete option in Curricula

The Required Date of item within a curricula gets updated to the current date when a failure is recorded for the item.

1. Create a curricula
2. Create one item and add this to the curricula with the specified configuration:
   
   
   • Initial Days = 365 (Or as per your requirement)
   • No retraining
   • Initial Basis, Effective Date, etc.
   
   
   
3. Assign the curricula to a user with assignment date 1st January 2017 and observe that 'Next Action Date' for the curricula is 1st January 2018. (i.e. 365 days ahead of assign date)
4. Now record completion for the item with a failure completion status.
5. Required date gets updates to current date i.e. The day when you recorded failure for the item.

1. Create a curricula with 'Subsequent Failures Reset Curriculum Status' checked i.e. Yes.
2. Create another curricula with 'Subsequent Failures Reset Curriculum Status' unchecked i.e. No.
3. Create two items and add them to the curricula with the specified configuration.
   
   
   • Initial Days = 365 (Or as per your requirement)
   • No retraining
   • Initial Basis, Effective Date etc.
   • Both items in both curricula have been configured as above.
   
   
   
4. Assign both curricula to a user with, for example, an assignment date of 1st January 2017 and observe that 'Next Action Date' for both the curricula is 1st January 2018 (i.e. 365 days ahead of assign date)
5. Now record completion for any one of the items with a failure completion status.
6. Observe that the curricula with 'Subsequent Failures Reset Curriculum Status' = "Y" has its required date as today (i.e. day of recording failed learning event) and for the other one it is still 1st January 2018.

When force incomplete is set to true then the user is expected to have knowledge of the particular curricula always. If the user fails the any of the curricula content then required date will be the current date. This is an expected behavior. This will happen even if the Initial Period is empty.

This can be used by regulated customers who want any failure to immediately invalidate any prior certification that was held. If you change the flag from YES to NO, the application will automatically re calculate the due date to the initial due date for users assigned to the curricula who have a failed attempt recorded.
