Reporting on 'Souce' and 'Module' fields

We do not have an option in Adhoc Reports to directly pull the 'Module' field value in the report .

Bo the 'Source' as well as 'Module' are the rating fields .
Below are the steps to be followed for reporting on the 'Source' and 'Module' fields :
Selected the Employee Profile Report and select the Souce field as below :

Now , for 'Module' select the 2 fields as below :

Now , if i preview the Report :

We are now able to see the Source as well as the Module details , as per the above screenshot .
