A measure is not available for selection in the main Analytics menu, despite being unrestricted by the user's role.

Cause
Such measures are restricted inputs. They are present only for the purpose of calculating certain result measures, and are not intended to be displayed themselves. Measures are set as restricted inputs at a global level, so this cannot be reconfigured for one instance.
Resolution
If you do need to view a restricted input directly, they are all accessible in Query Workspace. Just drag them into the query window like you would any other measure.
If you wish to see a restricted input in the Analytics menu, a custom version of it will need to be created. Raise a ticket with your request and Information Services will begin by creating a Scope Change Request document.
