2237731 - The Company Logo is Missing from UI in Internet Explorer


The Company Logo is missing from UI.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Loging to C4C system (Silverlight / HTML UI).
  2. At Left top corner, the company logo is missing.


There could be two reasons for if Logo is missing from UI:

  1. Temporary cache issue.
  2. Logo image has not been uploded in the system.


Follow below steps for clearing cache in Internet Explorer:

  1. Login to the C4C system.
  2. In the Internet Explorer, select Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Browsing History.
  3. Close the browser.
  4. Login to the C4C system again.

Follow below steps for uploading the company logo:

  1. Login to the C4C system (HTML5/Silverlight UI).
  2. Select Adapt -> Select Edit Master Layout.
  3. Select Company Branding Images.
  4. Go to the Logo tab inn the pop-up screen.
  5. Check if logo is available there.
  6. If not then you can upload the Logo (as image) and Save the changes.
