SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
SAP MMC or other sapstartsrv web client shows YELLOW status for the (A)SCS instance, in particular process enserver.exe shows status "Running but not responding".
After several minutes, the enserver process shows status GREEN.
Note: The instance, including the enqueue server, is operational a few seconds after it is started. The problem only affects the instance status returned by the SAP start process.
