Symptom
This KBA explain the steps on how to set up Cloud for Customer Systems and the Initial User required actions.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- A Welcome E-Mail with an Initial User link is received.
- Use this link to log into the System for the first time.
- Create a Service Agent including Password and all required Authorizations and Access Rights.
- Log off.
- Log in as Service Agent.
- Lock the Initial User.
- Perform all administrative settings.
Note: In Cloud for Customer systems the Initial User does not need to perform any Scoping steps, as the Service Agent can do that as well.
