2238093 - "JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized" while testing or creating an OLAP connection in IDT using SSO.

Symptom

While testing or creating an OLAP connection from Information Design Tool (IDT) using STS Single Sign On (SSO) receive the below error :

"com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized on <server name>"

Similar errors are observed while creating or refreshing Web Intelligence using SAP SSO.
