- Is there a way we can customize SAP Jam so that folders within group don't move around?
- Can we arrange folders to stay in a specific order?

SAP Jam Collaboration
Resolution
SAP Jam folders can be arranged in the specific order as "Title” / “Contributor” / “Type” / “Last Modified”; however, it cannot be locked to stay in a specific order as it keeps changing every time when other users view in different order.
There is no way to set the default sort order for the folders and hence folders cannot be locked in a specific order.
