2238294 - Complex Table Drop Down duplicate entries in WPF, iOS and Android - Agentry / SMP 3.0 SDK SP10

Symptom

In Agentry clients (WPF, iOS and Android), Complex Table (CT table) drop down shows duplicate entries in Agentry SMP 3.0 SDK SP10. It works in SMP 3.0 SDK SP09.

Example: Expecting one 3100 only but it shows duplicated entries.
