2238700 - Error #21: Open server call to routine 'srv_negotiate' failed - SRS

Symptom

  • The following message can be found in the Replication Server log:

   ERROR #21 USER( ) - xec/exec.c(520) Open server call to routine 'srv_negotiate' failed.
   No Sybase library information is available.

  • This message seems to have no impact on the Replication Server operations.
  • It is just filling the Replication Server log with undesired error message.
