Getting application error while accessing time off page

SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to time off page.Application error will be displayed.

Cause

Empty Value in "Number of Hours field" under "employee time" object.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Center >Import and Export Data and follow the below steps:
  2. Export Employee Time (download the CSV)
  3. Filter the values for respective user
  4. Find the row with "QuantityInHours" or "QuantityInDays" field is empty
  5. Enter right values in above fields
  6. import the file via import and export data
