2239307 - Creating Custom Page Formats for SAPScript and Smartforms

There is a requirement to print to a custom page size or label for SAPScript or Smartforms. There is no standard page format available that matches the required page/label size (such as DINA4, LETTER, INCH4, INCH12, etc.).
