2239457 - How to modify increments on a Rating Scale

Need to adjust the increments for a new or current rating scale

Rating scale increments need to be modified

1) Go to Admin Center => Rating Scale Designer

2) Click on the link to your rating scale or Create a New Rating Scale (enter the name of the scale then <Save>)

3) You will see "Low:", "High:",  and "Increment:" fields

4) This is where you can set the Increment to be used for the scale => click the <Generate> button

5) You will need to provide new labels and descriptions
