2239538 - ExpConnect for Oracle can't use character set cp874 - SAP RS

Symptom

  • The DSI thread of ExpressConnect for Oracle is shutdown when the RS is set to character set cp874.
  • Replication server errorlog display the following messages.

E... ERROR #13038 DSI(121 ORA11.windows) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5765) Failed to allocate a connection structure for a connection handle. See Connector error message for more information.
I... No Sybase library information is available.
I... The DSI thread for database 'ORA11.windows' is shutdown.
