onEdit Rules do not trigger in any UI's

onEdit rules are currently not supported for any UIs. They were previously only supported for directDeposit, but this feature has since be deprecated.

In b1505 Development added a restriction to prevent onEdit rules from triggering anywhere else in the UI, as they are not currently supported - ECT-37332

We currently have no plane to enhance this feature.
