Symptom

 A runtime error 'ITAB_ILLEGAL_COMPONENT' occurs when executing transaction MB51.
• The error is triggered by selecting the 'Del. Note Quantity' column in the Material Document List and using the 'Add Up the Values' function.
• The dump occurs in program SAPLSKBH, function module FB_SUBTOTALS_GET.You are receiving the Runtime Errors 'ITAB_ILLEGAL_COMPONENT' in MB51.
