2240160 - Exception occurred while trying to fetch Program Status report in LMS

Error: 'Exception occurred while trying to fetch report' occurs when attempting to select the Program Status Report

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Login to Learning Admin
2. Navigate to Reports
3. Attempt to select the Program Status Report (CSV or PDF/HTML)
4. Note the error

• This can occur if the report library files have been customized and parameters used by this report have been removed in the updated report library files
• The "Caused by" section of the Exception error shows which parameter the report is looking for

Import the base system library files which have not been customized and the report will function correctly

1. Login to LMS Admin
2. Navigate to Reports (button near top right)
3. On the Reports tab, click "Import" link in header bar
1. 
4. Select Plateau.zip that contains the out of box Plateau.rptlibrary
5. Click "Select"
6. Check "Overwrite" to overwrite the existing library file
7. Click "Import" button
1. 
8. Click "Close" once the import is completed

• Note: If a back-up was not made of system library files, please raise a Support case to request the out of box Plateau.rptlibrary

If making customizations to the library files please ensure that existing parameters are not removed to maintain full functionality with existing reports
