2240583 - Proxy crashes – Log error: “ORA-00001: Unique Constraint” – SAP PD 16.5.5

Symptom

  • The proxy server crashes from time to time.
  • There is an error in the Proxy log file for every check-in:

"error - OdbcError(2): [23000] [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-00001: Unique Constraint (PDUSER.PMXMCS_PK) verletzt"

  • The Output View in PowerDesigner Desktop returns "The document has been successfully checked in.". After some more check-ins the proxy stops working and the service needs to be restarted.
