Symptom

When opening the prompt window which contains # in one of the prompt and refreshing the prompts shows an error message: "Termination message sent ABEND RS_EXCEPTION (000): An exception with the type 'xx' error occured, but was neither handled locally nor declared in a RAISING clause".
