2240654 - Error 'User does not exist' appears in RE-FX transactions

Symptom

You are facing error message RECAAP180 "User ... does not exist" during master data processing or other transactions in RE-FX especially after performing an upgrade.

Note 1951523 had been applied recently in your system either manually or by support package / release upgrade.
