Jasper Reports is a third party library used by the cockpit framework to generate PDF files. Sometimes we need to perform modifications in the jasper report templates in order to change the output of our reports. However, this jrmx templates are stored as media in the platform and only generated at initialization time. Since running initialization is not really a suitable solution we need other mechanisms in order to apply any changes performed on those files.
