2240805 - The Actions "Create ERP Sales Order" and "Create ERP Sales Quote" are Missing in the Opportunity

Symptom

The Actions Create ERP Sales Order and Create ERP Sales Quote are missing in the opportunity.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Opportunities facet.
  3. Search and open opportunity XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the opportunity).
  4. Select the Actions button -> actions Create ERP Sales Order and Create ERP Sales Quote are missing.

Cause

For the Opportunity XYZ, the Request Customer Quote has already been done and the sttaus of the opportunity is already in In Process. So, further request to sales quote or sales order are not allowed.

Hence, the respective actions are not visible for this opportunity.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior of the SAP Cloud for Customer.
