2240832 - How to make the New Jersey State Withholding Form NJ-W4 Panel Present

Symptom

  • The candidate lives in New Jersey but works in New York and the New Jersey State Withholding Form NJ-W4 did not generate.  

Environment

  • New Employee Step

Reproducing the Issue

  • During the New Employee Step the candidate did not get presented with the New Jersery State Withholding NJ-W4 Panel. 

Cause

  • Candidate did not choose to use the New Jersey State Withholding Form NJ-W4.

Resolution

  1. At the New Jersey State Withholding Form Election Panel you must choose " I want to use the New Jersey Form NJ-W4 to determine my state withholding".

     2. Once selected the opportunity to complete the New Jersery State Withholding Form NJ-W4 panel will present.
