2240895 - Compensation Management :Blank Statements appearing for some users

Statements when opened from forms or employee profile are blank for some users.

Statements are generated successfully for all the users but for some users the statements are blank.

The statements are showing as blank both on form and employee profile for some users.

This is because the users DEFAULT_LOCALE defined in UDF is not same as defined in statement template xsl

This issue occurs if you are using custom statement template and have users from different countries with different locales.

The user should have same locale as defined in the statement template xsl or you should  include all the  locales you are using in statement template xsl.
