When clicking "Next" on the second tab (moving from Personal Information to Job Information) in the Add New Employee wizard, the system generates an application error.

In this case the customer had created an "onSave" Business Rule through the Business Configuration UI and associated it with the HRIS element Employee Information. This rule was not formulated correctly and caused a problem when the user clicked the "Next" button in the New Hire UI.
To correct the problem, navigate to Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration and remove the "onSave" trigger from the Employment Information HRIS element.
If the Manage Business Configuration UI is not enabled in your system, the Succession Data Model needs to be modified via Provisioning with help from SAP Cloud Product Support. In the Employment Information HRIS element in the Succession Data Model the "onSave" trigger rule associated wtih the problem business rule should be removed then the data model should be saved and reloaded.
