2241401 - Application sap.com/com.sap.aii.axis.app cannot be started

• After deploying the Axis provider lib SDA for Axis Adapter Component on your Process Integration (PI) system by following SAP Note 1028961 How to prepare axisproviderlib.sda for Adapter Framework, you get the below error:

Reason: it has hard reference to application sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.axis, which is not active on the server because application fails to start with errors.
