2241526 - Shortdump syntax error in program "CL_ALRT_CFG_MEA_DISTRIBUTION==CP "

Symptom

You are getting the following dump in ST22 when trying to activate Technical Monitoring templates:

Application Component SV-SMG-MON-ALR-DIR

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_ALRT_CFG_CONTROLLER========CP" -
     in "DISTRIBUTE_TO_DIRECTORY_INT".
    The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".

    In the source code you have the termination point in line 21
    of the (Include) program "CL_ALRT_CFG_CONTROLLER========CM006".
