2241620 - ESI - HTTP 401 error when accessing the WSDL file of Web Services

Symptom

When accessing the WSDL file of a Web Service, the following error is returned:

HTTP 401 Unauthorized.

If a user tries to access the file, a logon prompt window is raised asking for user ID and password.
