2242038 - Error installing diagnostic agent with Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) - Solution Manager 7.1

Installation of a diagnostic agent via older versions of the Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) installer may result in the following error on IBM AIX 5.3:

"Execution of the command "/usr/sap/SMD/SYS/exe/uc/rs6000_64/sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -nr 97 -function GetProcessList" finished with return code 255.
Output: exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program sapcontrol because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for sapcontrol because:
0509-136 Symbol __run_final_dtors (number 209) is not exported from dependent module /usr/lib/libc.a[shr_64.o].
0509-136 Symbol __run_initial_ctors (number 210) is not exported from dependent module /usr/lib/libc.a[shr_64.o].
0509-136 Symbol __pthread (number 252) is not exported from dependent module /usr/lib/libpthreads.a[shr_xpg5_64.o].
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the 'dump -Tv' command."
