2242068 - How to change Company Name after implementation?

Is it possible to change the Company Name label without any negative effects?

It is possible to change the Company Name without any negative effects. This change is done via provisioning, which is a backend tool used by implementation consultants and support. In order to accomplish the change you will need to submit an case to Cloud Product Support requesting it and providing the following information:

• Company ID:
• Datacenter:
• Old Company Name:
• New Company Name:

NOTE: the Company Name is not the same as the instance ID (Company ID) which cannot be changed under most circumstances as there may be dependencies with other applications or systems.

To change the Company Name, please follow the below steps:

1. Login to Provisioning
2. Go to Company Settings
3. Search for Company Name parameter
4. Change the value
5. Click on save, inserting the Company ID of the respective instance
