2242289 - Existing iOS Mobile App is not syncing after upgrading from SMP 2.3 MBO to SMP 3.0

Symptom

  • Upgrading from  SMP 2.3.4.281 MBO to SMP 3.0.0.341.
  • The existing iOS Mobile App is not syncing after upgrading to SMP 3.0.
  • After alpha synchronization with the SMP server on registration the device the application throws this error:

[ERROR] [SUPApplication.m:725] error @ registerApplicationMessagingClientException )

  • The SMP server is reachable from the emulator in (5001) MBS port.
  • In the database noticed, that all registered users have been removed.
