2242313 - BI 4.1 - Upgraded Dashboards report is generated to a partly black swf file after clicking Preview

Symptom

  • After upgrading SAP BusinessObjects from 4.0 SP6 to 4.1 SP3, Dashboards designer is generating a partly black swf file after clicking Preview button from the upgraded xlf file.
  • The same issue occurs in 4.1 SP5 as well.
