• user tries to restore environment via UJBR, shortdump "DYN_COMP_ILLEGAL" happens
• After upgrade, the following error message is displayed when saving data:
  "500 SAP Internal Server Error : ERROR : Invalid dynamic component entry SCOPE (termination : RABAX_STATE)".
• Data Manager packages (like Copy Opening, Currency Conversion or consolidation) are failing with the error:
  "An exception with the type CX_SY_TABLE_KEY_SPECIFICATION occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause
  Line Type Contains a Component with the Name SCOPE"
