2242854 - Unable to Delete Expense Report

You are trying to delete the Expense Report XYZ but you are not finding Delete button while opening the Expense Report.

1. Go to the Cockpit work center.
2. All Expense Reports.
3. Click on Expense Report ABC.

Here you are not finding Delete button.

Expense Report cannot be deleted from SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense system if payment settlement started and Posting initiated in ERP System.

As per designed system system behavior if expense report is sent to ERP for payment and reopened to make the changes and in such cases the delete button is grayed out.

User can recall the Expense Report and submit again for reimbursement, this will create delta changes in ERP System to settel the payment.
