2242969 - Troubleshooting Rating Inconsistencies across BizX - SAP SuccessFactors

Ratings are displaying differently between the Matrix Grid Report, Employee Profile and the Succession Org Chart.

Across BizX, there are several factors that determine, for each application, what are the ratings that will be displayed. Because of this, depending on how each application is configured, they can show different ratings.

So how can we identify how to fix inconsistencies between two applications? This would primarily depend on where the inconsistency can be found.

The first thing to do to troubleshoot ratings inside the BizX application is to export the Trend data of the instance. This file will carry all the ratings available for a user in a .csv format, and is highly useful for troubleshooting such issues.

To export the file, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Update User Information > Export Extended User Information.
2. Select “Trend Information”.
3. Open the “Specify Additional File Export Options” and check “Include Form Data”. This will include ratings from PM forms into the export file.
4. Click on “Export Extended Data with User Attributes”

Once the Trend data is exported and you have the .csv file available, then you need to review the configurations of the applications that are showing different ratings. Below is a detailed explanation of how to review the configuration to find out why an inconsistency is being shown across different applications.
