2243300 - Cannot activate SQL Server Agent 'Remove agent history'

Symptom

In order to remove job history older than 4 weeks, for example, job SAP CCMS Check Database SID, 'Remove Agent History' setting in SQL Agent job is enabled.

SQL Server Management Studio --> SQL Server Agent Properties --> history--> enabling 'Remove Agent History' older then 4 weeks-->click OK.

However, the change of 'Remove Agent History' setting cannnot be saved, and it goes back to the default value, which is 4 weeks.
