• Two W4 form can be generated if candidate's residency state or work state  is one of the following: MA,NY,CA,LA,VT,MN,AR,NJ
• According to USA laws, a candidate can use federal W4 form instead of state withholding form if he/she lives or work in the state from the list above.
• In this case, one of the W4 form will have special stamp with information about it.
