How to search for contacts which are not assigned to any account.

SAP Cloud for Customer

To search for contacts without accounts please choose the option Is initial.

It works in described way because Is initial option means where the account field is Initial or Blank.

1. Go to the Accounts work center.
2. Go to the Contacts view.
3. Select the Advanced Filter.
4. Select the More Options of the Account field.
5. In Options select Is initial.
6. Select the Ok button and then the Go button.
7. The list shows all contacts where no account is assigned.
