2243856 - Employee Export (UDF) file shows Option ID instead of value in State and Country

In Employee Export file (UDF) some fields are showing the Option ID instead of the picklist value.

• Metadata Framework (MDF)

When downloading User Data File some fields, for example State and Country, show the Option ID instead of the picklist value.

This is working as expected, since all picklist configured in fields that user export uses (except department, division, location) they will be exported as optionid.

Besides that, for user import, if the field is configured as picklist, please, also enter option id instead of label in csv file.

Why am I seeing the external codes instead of OptionsID in some cases?

Labels could appear in UDF instead of optionIds, if the labels (external codes) were used while performing Employee Import/Basic Import for the fields of type picklists, such fields as State and Country.

If the values provided during in Employee Import were in the form of OptionIds (and not labels in the form of text/string), then the same OptionIds would have been in the UDF presently.
