2243869 - Enabling Legal Scan button in Recruiting

Symptom

How to enable Legal Scan button so that it appears in the job Requisition as shown below :

Environment

SuccessFactors BizX - Recruiting Management(RCM)

Resolution

1. Navigate to Home > Admin Tools > Form Template Settings

2. Select each Job Requisition template individually as shown below :

3. Check the option Enable Legal Scan as shown below :

Note : For customers who do not have access to Provisioning, the Legal Scan option has to be enabled from Provisioning as well, so please raise a ticket with Cloud Product Support who will do the below :

1. Login to Provisioning

2. Navigate to Company Settings > Legal Scan

3. Check the option Legal Scan and Save
