2243921 - Error "[110013] Unexpected end of backup" when running HANA hdbbackupdiag --check

Symptom

When running hdbbackupdiag check, as outlined in SAP Note 1873247, an error similar to the below is returned:

> hdbbackupdiag --check --useBackintForCatalog --backintDataParamFile /<backint_param_file_dir>/<backint_param_file>.par -d $DIR_INSTANCE/backup/log
found backup catalog 1447158123869 from file /usr/sap/SRC/HDB00/backup/log/log_backup_0_0_0_0.1447158123869
ERROR: [110013] Unexpected end of backup, expected amount of data is 4096 but transferred 0
