2244164 - BI4.1 Data label displaying mode set as Outside for the WebI Chart, but labels are appearing inside of the Bar Chart

Symptom

  • Affected chart type is "Combined Column Line Chart With 2 Y-Axes"
  • If you set the label displaying as "Outside" the values appear still "Inside" of the bar chart
